This is an entry-level role to analyze, design, develop and implement software solutions for the business/process requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of system requirements, analyze, design, develop, test and implement software applications, based on business and/or process requirements
• Prepare necessary functional and technical documentations including BRS/ SRS, Process/ Data Flow, User Manuals, Changes documents of the solutions
• Develop software solutions as per design
• Test the software solution as per the requirements to ensure quality of the software solution. Interacts with other vendors/consultants and/or end users to ensure functional requirements
• Assists in maintenance of configuration/change management in different environments
• Provides necessary training to the business, operations and other users
• Executes other activities as required

Job Specifications:

• At least University degree in engineering/ science, IT/IS, computer applications or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in system/ technology design, development, implementation, and/or operation. Outstanding fresh graduate with good knowledge of major computer languages, databases, OS, designing can also be considered
• Ability to develop software in C, C++, C#, Java or other selected languages
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate) in Windows and Unix/Linux based platforms
• Sound knowledge of Web Services, XML, Message Queue, FTP, financial messaging and encryption technology
• Exposure in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC)
• Ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment is crucial
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
