• Preparation of production fixed cost Budget & Estimates in coordination other departments
  
• Ensure correct cost booking of brewery related expenses as per COA and verify the payment for the same
  
• Monthly production cost analysis
  
• Ensure all GRNs are raised for the month and sent on time
  
• Ensure and verify material receipt as per requirement
  
• Verify and ensure timely submission of vouchers
  
• Preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly reports pertaining to brewery performance (Consumption, loss, budget variance etc)
  
• Monthly internal audit of store items to control variance
  
• Analysis of cost of items purchased locally
  
• Prepare monthly cost bridge and identify the upside and downside
