• Call handling and dealing with guests
• Monitoring transaction and keeping records of payments and bills
• Checking daily work of housekeeping staffs and allocating duties and responsibilities
• Inspection of hotel rooms and making sure everything is up to date
• Maintaining store room and inventory
• Ensure all public area, rooms, terrace, corridor, pool, gym etc. are neat and clean all the time
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email    
• Taking payments 
• Generating bills and invoices 
• Checked in and check out guest by following company standard
• Health insurance and Yearly bonus and leaves
