Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 3 years
Professional Skill Required : Construction Management Quality Assurance (QA) Communication Interpersonal Skills
Other Specification
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in construction of road, building, bridge and irrigation
  • Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.)
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Outstanding communication skills-written and spoken
  • Willingness to work more than official hours during the needs
  • Ability and willingness to work in a team and to work under pressure in the remote areas

Job Description

  • Quality check of construction material and quality control of labor works.
  • Carry out survey and layout for construction works on site.
  • Carry out survey using total station and auto level machine. 
  • Documenting survey data and updating if any changes occur.
  • Regular supervision of site work to ensure completion with in time.
  • Take measurements of the completed work and record in the measurement book.
  • Supervise the work of sub-contractors.
  • Provide technical guidance on site as per designs, drawings and specification. 
  • Report on deviation of actual consumption and progress of the task from budget.
  • Work in direct coordination with engineer and carry out any other assigned task.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
