Job Description

  • Ensure a minimum attainment of production, manpower, budgeted objectives of Sub-branch or agency office
  • Recruit, Select, Train, Develop, Supervise & Retain new agents, AAMs, AMs and Sr. AMs providing all necessary directions and support to achieve the business objective
  • Perform the assigned daily works in full compliance with company directions and report each activities to line manager
  • To manage & maintain the office neat and clean
  • Lead and motivate agency sales team in their area of responsibility
  • Coach & develop agencies to achieve their objectives and career development through systematic training, motivation and joint field work
  • Direct and coach AAMs & AMs to continuous recruitment and maintaining the professional agency team
  • Keep all the records of each activities
  • Ensure that the all agency team are providing the high quality and reliable services to customers during initial sales process and throughout the life of each policy
  • Supervise the performance of agents, AAMs & AMs and provide feedback to them
  • Conducting sales meeting with agents, AAMs and AMs regularly.
  • Participate in all kinds of Company Training Programs & other activities
  • Managing effectively the financial tools and processes in accordance with their intended purpose and in line with company’s guideline
  • Manage the agency perfectly & professionally
  • Maintain the business quality and persistency to meet the company’s customer service standard
  • Comply with all kinds of company guidelines (Sales, underwriting, claim etc) and all applicable laws & regulations of the country
  • Maintain all the times high standards of conduct and behavior with positive attitude
