Job Description

  • Student service department is the first point of contact of current students, so listen them, note down their problems and report it to your manager
  • Conduct the orientation program for the new students
  • Distribute the forms for the College problems
  • Follow up students through telephone call, email and sms to notify them.
  • Collect the assignments from the students, handover it to the concerned lecturers
  • Collect marked assignments from the lecturers and handover it to RTE departments.
  • Follow up Parents if any information to provide them
  • Counsel the students on their personal and emotional needs
  • Maintain the daily attendance of the students. Collect the attendance sheet from faculty, enter it and handover it to the faculty
  • Contact the students who have very poor attendance. Find out the reason of the low attendance and report it to Student Service Manager
  • Prepare a report of every Follow Up that you do
  • Maintain the cleanliness and authenticity of the notice boards
  • Interaction with the students
  • Perform and undertake all other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Student Service Manager
