About the job

Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Student Engagement & Admissions Officer to manage day-to-day academic activities, including class scheduling, tutor coordination, student support, webinars, and admissions operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth learning experience and helping convert leads into enrolled students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage online/offline classes, exams, and training sessions.
  • Coordinate with instructors and ensure curriculum delivery as planned.
  • Monitor class attendance and student progress.
  • Respond to student queries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Counsel prospective students about courses and help them with the admission process.
  • Follow up with leads to drive enrollment and achieve monthly conversion targets.
  • Plan and host informational webinars and orientation sessions.
  • Ensure timely communication and smooth execution of events.
  • Maintain accurate records of students, attendance, and feedback.
  • Prepare periodic reports on academic performance and operational metrics.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and academic teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in academic coordination or education operations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/ERP systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
