Other Specification
  • Bachelor or higher (International On-campus Degree preferred)
  • Experience of at least 3 years in counseling and visa processing
  • Up to date and in-depth knowledge in educational systems and visa application process
  • Excellent command in English, both verbal and written
  • Abilities to support students with career plans and writings including SoP and Personal Statement
  • Self-motivated, leading and able to complete the whole processing independently
  • Very strong desire to lead and grow
  • Clear understanding of the whole application process along with the education system

Note: Preference will be given to the candidates who possess on-campus foreign degrees or hold the professional qualifications like USATC, PIER, The British Council or CCEA (Not the MINDLER)

Salary: 80,000 + Incentives


Job Description

  • Discussing career and educational goals with students
  • Identifying student strengths and weaknesses
  • Maintaining updated reports on student progress
  • Connecting students with resources, such as counselors or tutors
  • Offer advising services on study in the USA, Canada & UK
  • Answer students’/parents’ questions about admission requirements, visa process and post-study options
  • Relate tests (TOEFL, IELTS, PTE) to admission, funding and Tier-4 visa
  • Guide students with the writings and admission/visa interviews
  • Advising the visitors on education systems in the USA, Canada and UK, performing research on universities and application materials
  • Maintaining up-to-date information on the applicants and their application status
  • Communicating information to the higher level
