- Responsible for sales in the store
- Implementing sales strategies to increase volume
- Focus on acquiring new customers, developing close relations and providing excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and complete documentation at all times
- Must inform and confirm daily walk ins and sales in stores and provide an update at the end of each day
- Achieve sales targets as communicated by Management
- Have a strong knowledge of the company’s products and communicate this effectively to customers to win customers and establish trust in the product
- Take responsibility for any customer complaints/issues and resolve them at earliest possible
- Other duties considered reasonable in line with the position and in the normal course of business
- Greeting and Attending all customers
- Be energetic and motivated on the floor
- Pitching the customer and converting into sales
- Share customer related issues / feedback with store manager / management
- Handle the customer with courtesy, treating them very special
- Explain all product features to the customers
- Keep and Upgrade knowledge about the Product and Brand
- Achieving Monthly sales target
- Proper arrangement of display as per guidelines given
- Maximum converion of walkins and upselling to maximise bill size
- Inventory and store care Management
- Self-Maintenance with proper dress code and grooming standards
- Coordinate and cooperate with manager as per the guidelines provided
- Work under the supervision and guidelines of store manager
- Cooperate with Team members and help them as needed
- Cooperate in floor Operations and be self-driven
- Proper care and control of inventory and its shrinkage
- Cooperate in stock audit and support manager and the team
- Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
