• Responsible for Managing inventory and stock
  
• Meet sales target by training,motivating,mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
  
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  
• Ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction
  
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  
• Report on buying trends, customers’ demand etc
  
• Deal with all the issues of customers as well as staffs
  
• Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
  
• Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories
