Job Description

  • Receiving the materials from suppliers and recording the quantities received
  • Plan and perform the stock related duties like: ordering the necessary items, receiving, inspecting, unloading, coding and labeling of materials and various types of equipment in the store
  • Liaising with concerned authority in placing orders to ensure continuous availability of the materials
  • Submission of weekly reports on materials received, used and damaged if any
  • Ensure cleanliness and health safety measures in the store at all times
  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
  • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies
