Profile Description/Key Focus:

• Keep pace with technology developments, funding, partnerships, R&D focus areas, stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem;
  
• Understand business implications of technology / product innovations and /or related initiatives
  
• Identify and evaluate industry best practices in technology / product innovations & technology leadership
  

Profile Expectations:

• Mine, Analyze, Synthesize volumes of data towards addressing specific business objectives within technology / innovation management (such as Intellectual Property evaluation, R&D management, portfolio planning, technology valuation, technology forecasting, technology benchmarking, technology commercialization)
  
• Formulate technology roadmaps; recommend productization plan / new business opportunities
  

Profile Responsibilities:

• Data Collection through secondary and primary research (with corporates, academia, national research labs, investors etc.,)
  
• Contribution to technology news alerts, syndicated and/or custom technology reports, analyst briefings, media / press articles
  

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Adept in Information Gathering; Information Processing
  
• Exposure to Data Modelling using Frameworks, Management Models
  
• Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills;

The required qualification and experience for Research Analyst/ Senior Research Analyst for the multiple sectors are mentioned below:

Automation & Electronics:

• Bachelors in Electronics and Communication along with two to three years of corporate experience 
  
• Any undergraduate with Masters/PG in Electronics, Communication, Mobile & Wireless specialization and at least one year of corporate experience 
  
• Bachelor in Electronics & Communication with PG Diploma/Masters in Business Management and at least one year of corporate experience
  

Chemicals, Materials & Foods:

• Bachelors in chemical or petrochemical, polymer engineering, materials science along with two to three years of corporate experience 
  
• Any undergraduate with Masters/PG in Chemical or Petrochemical and at least one year of corporate experience 
  
• Bachelor in Chemical with PG Diploma/Masters in Business Management and at least one year of corporate experience
  

Advanced Manufacturing & Automation:

• B.E (Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Electrical &  Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentation along with two to three years of corporate experience
  
• Any undergraduate with Masters/PG in Electronics, Communication, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering specialization and at least one year of corporate experience 
  
• B.E (Manufacturing, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentation) with PG Diploma/Masters in Business Management and at least one year of corporate experience
  

Information and Communication Technology:

• Bachelors in Computer Science/ IT/ ECE along with 2 to 4 years of corporate experience
  
• Any undergraduate with Masters/PG in Electronics, Communication, Mobile & Wireless specialization and at least one year of corporate experience 
  
• Bachelor in Electronics & Communication with PG Diploma/Masters in Business Management and at least one year of corporate experience
  

Energy & Environment:

• Bachelors in Energy and Environment engineering along with 3 to 4 years of corporate experience
  
• Any undergraduate with Masters/PG in energy and at least one year of corporate experience or Bachelor in Energy & Environment with PG Diploma/ Masters in Business Management and at least one year of corporate experience
