Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex and highly scalable websites and participate in all phases of the development process: planning, construction, reviewing and testing.
  
• Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary.
  
• Design and update software database. This includes, but is not limited to: Software Applications, Web Sites, and User Interfaces.
  
• Test, maintain and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
  
• Independently install, customize and integrate commercial software packages.
  
• Analyze user requirements and convert requirements to design documents.

Skills/ Experience Required

• Expertise on more than one language, CMS & frameworks - WordPress, Core PHP, Laravel, CodeIgnitor, etc.
  
• Expertise in one or more of database- SQL Server, Oracle, MYSQL
  
• Experienced in development flow of enterprise web applicatons and websites.
  
• Experience/Knowledge of mobile apps development- Android, iOs, Native apps, Hybrid apps, JSON, SQLite, XML
  
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to align internal and external resources
  
• Experienced in Agile development methodologies and tools including JIRA and Bitbucket.
  
• Should be Innovative, strong decision maker, entrepreneurial and strong team player with amazing problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communications skills
  
• Should have more than 8 yrs. of experience.
  
• Experienced in creating test cases.
  
• Experienced in managing server.
