Other Specification
  • Professional IT Engineer with minimum 3 years working experience in the following work environment.
  • SAN ( Storage Area Networks), including installation, configuration and maintenance.
  • Expert in Unix operating system with cluster environment
  • Expert in Unix operating system with cluster environment.
  • Enterprise server installation, configuration and maintenance.
  • Oracle or any other database knowledge.
  • Networking and cabling knowledge.
  • Any Certification will be plus.
  • Vmware knowledge will be plus but not mandatory.

Job Description

  • Day to day work on Enterprise hardware installation/configuration and support. Will have to do onsite support at customer premises.
  • Should able to communicate with HP Support Team and their Manager over the phone or email to deal with support related issues. Should be able to communicate in English and Nepali with vendor and customer. Know how to escalate the issues.
  • Daily job reporting to Management and know proper documentation of the work.
  • May require taking training to enhance your knowledge inside or outside Nepal.
