Working experinece in core accounting software like FACT ERp.NG, Navigator, swastik, Tally etc
Ability to delegate work responsibilty with strong interpersoanl skill
Problem solving and strategizing capabilities
Progressive experience leading teams and managing projects
Demonstrated ability to build relationship and communicate with peers, subordinates and executive management

Preparation of chart of accounts, checking, verification & approval of accounting transaction
Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role e.g. account receivable, account payable, general ledger, forecasting, budgeting
In coordination with top management, release the fund to related project/site office
Preparation of trial balance, Profit and loss account and balance sheet cost centre wise
Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operation and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis
Review & approve payment vouchers and journal entries
Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolution
Monitor expenditure, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management
Monitor and record financial transaction according to company policies and regulations
Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedure
Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts
Perform projects cost forecast/budget, cost tracking monitoring and controls
Work consultatively with respective department on cost reduction initiatives
Provide guidance to other accountants when needed
Other duties as assigned by the directors
