Job Description

  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
  • Supervise and ensure the smooth operation of physical facilities and utilities including their services and qualities in the company premises in coordination with different departments, sections and units   
  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques
  • Ensure admin related tasks such as the distribution of stock maintenance, equipment maintenance, power backup of the office and other administrative tasks
  • Responsible for the safety of the office equipment, office premises and office assets for the smooth operations
  • Resolve administrative problems
  • Arrange travel, accommodations and events
  • Perform all the activities as assigned by the concerned authority
