Job Specification

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 1 year
Age : More than or equal to 22 years
Professional Skill Required : Banking Relation Taxation Finance Account Management
Other Specification
  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts from a recognized university.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in Import Accounting having good knowledge of TT/LC/BG procedure and other import processing works.
  • Efficient leadership skills
  • Fluency in English and Nepali language with good communication skills
  • Hands on knowledge of Accounting Software and MS-Office Package
  • Applicant with license and 2 wheeler is preferred

Job Description

  • Ensure proper documentation and complete accounting
  • Arrange insurance as per the import terms and conditions
  • Co-ordinate with freight forwarder and clearing agents
  • Submit documents to Bank for collection and payment of Imports
  • Report to CFO on monthly basis
  • Other accounts related work like monthly closing, Ageing report, Reconciliation
  • Other works as assigned
