Support, monitor and supervise the work of Sponsorship Field Mobilisors and liaise with project management team to obtain support for the successful implementation of the project.
Understanding of poverty issues, development theories and sustainable development practices
Strong management skills including the ability to plan and budget; manage performance of Sponsorship Mobilizers and data entry person; monitor, evaluate and communicate results; think strategically and analytically; solve problems; and make appropriate and timely decisions
Strong people management skills including performance management and talent development, as well as good facilitation, mentoring and coaching skills
Effective written and oral communications skills including presentation and reporting skills
Good interpersonal and strong coordination skills to partner and influence Sponsorship Integration with other projects
Computer and Technology literacy; Good computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Latest technology friendly (Use of Smart phones, digital cameras, tablets)
