- Special Project Officer (SPO) will lead the overall management and supervision of the implementation of special projects in concerned district ensuring effective implementation of the project making a major contribution to the development and articulation of Samriddha Pahad Project’s vision, mission and goals.
Essential functions and basic duties includes the followings, but are not limited to:
- Prepare periodic plans for effective execution of the special project activities.
- Develop and prepare monitoring plans with implementing partner, regularly monitor and review the field activities in each project site to ensure that activities are in line with achieving expected outputs.
- Prepare and submit field visit reports, periodic project review reports, and technical progress reports to PM to fulfill the project’s internal and donor requirements.
- Manage and mobilize available resources effectively within the project budget limit for achieving optimum results desired.
- Coordinate with national level partners, district level partners, district local governments, line agencies, communities, project beneficiaries, private sector service agents and suppliers, consultants, and other stakeholders at project level for effective delivery of project activities.
- Adhere to and observe the agreements with partner organizations and The Trust’s internal procedures in all financial, human and administrative management. Travel frequently to project sites and mobilize partner organizations as envisioned in the project document.
