  • Should have atleast 1 years of experience 
  • Preference is given to candidates having strong experience in Spare parts of Automotive
  • Extreme attention to detail process of documentation
  • Excellent skill in keeping records
  • Excellent computer skill in MS Packages
  • Ability to prioritize, workload, work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Review major complaints received from customer for the purpose of defining the actual problem, resolving the complaints, and determine where emphasis should be placed to prevent current problem and recurrence

Job Description

  • Maintain & develop relationship, responding to and dealing with existing customers with customer communication by via meetings, email, fax and telephone for purpose of increase sales volume and networking
  • Facilitate to prepare the MIS reports that include product performance report, customer-wise sales and collection report, channel partners parts stock, sells report etc of four wheeler vehicles spare parts on a timely basis
  • Facilitate to implementation of service quality standard, the important part of strategy and procedure for the smooth operation of sub dealers spare parts sales activities
  • Developing good relationship with our channel partners, dealing with any spare parts queries and solving the same
