    • Job Description

    • Performing spa treatments (massage, body treatments, facials, waxing, manicure and pedicure) to guests in a professional manner and to standard
    • Retailing spa products
    • Ensure treatment rooms are clean and tidy
    • Ensure bookings are checked thoroughly including special guest notes
    • Ensure all operational procedures are followed for the use of the steam chambers, saunas and Jacuzzis
    • Successfully complete all assigned new training and refresher training as set by Spa
    • Ensure that stock control procedures are adhered to at all times to prevent wastage
    • Assist in reception and attendant duties as required
