  • Familiar with industry’s best practices


Job Description

  • Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
  • Report for duty punctually, in the correct uniform, clean and neatly pressed
  • Strictly follow HACCP Standard determined by Organization
  • Make sure all the kitchen bridged are following proper cooking instruction, proper HACCP instruction
  • Check any maintenance issues and report immediately
  • Prepare requisition of product for daily and weekly
  • Fully assist to Executive Chef during busy operation handling hot section including grill, stove and oven
  • In absence of Executive Chef, make sure any food pass through is up to the standard, quality and proper quantity
  • Assist on daily invoice entry and weekly inventory to executive chef
  • Make sure to make proper communication with Floor Supervisor or duty on manager for any special events, booking and functions
  • Make sure the kitchen is clean and tidy all the time
  • Make a final checkup after every operation of day and fulfill necessary HACCP checklist
