• Individuals in this role are responsible for conducting needs assessment, product demonstrations, configuring proof of concept applications
  
• Answering product related questions, and assisting the Sales Rep in product areas throughout the sales cycle
  
• Interact with the potential customer on the requirements and possibilities of products and services
  
• Consult and counsel potential customer on products and services
  
• Provide organization’s propositions on products and services, submit proposals
  
• Able to understand contractual scope, deliverables, risks and limitations as well as operational practice and architecture
  
• Perform all other technical duties as assigned
