Responsibilities:

• Quality assurance of software solutions, internal and customer projects, off-site and on-site
• Design, develop and schedule test plans
• Preparation, execution, documentation, and communication of tests
• Development and maintenance of test frameworks
• Development and implementation of an offshore-testing-strategy
• Continuous improvement of test methods and processes
• Organize code-reviews
• Contact person for internal and external audits and assessments
• Best practice development and sharing
• Close collaboration between project teams, IT architects, and project management

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or comparable experience
• Minimum 2-years experience as Software QA Engineer
• Experience with test automation and associated tools and methods
• Sound knowledge of PHP.
• Quality- and customer-oriented, ability to work independently, very good interpersonal skills with a positive and cooperative attitude
• Entrepreneurial thinking, organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English
