FOR C#Developer:

1 year of work experience
Confident knowledge of the main concepts of .Net development platform and of the principles of object-oriented programming
Work experience in developing and applying technologies, such as: C#, WinForms, WebForms, XML Web Services
Knowledge of the following technologies: ASP.NET,WPF, WCF, LINQ, ADO.NET, XML, AJAX/jQuery
Experience in working with MSSQL 2005/2008 stored procedures and query optimization
Understanding of design patterns
Experience in working with source code control systems
Experience in systems integration
Knowledge of modern software development methodologies
Knowledge of MVC, NHibernate, Entity Framework and Dependency Injection will be added advantage
Ability to work independently as well as in team
