Job Description

  • Training Consultant 

About the role: 

We are looking for a training consultant. This role will have two major responsibilities:

  • You will plan our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes
  • You will identify training and developmental needs of our professional services team with line managers and drive suitable training initiatives that build loyalty to the firm
  • You will be enhancing employees’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work
  • You will support professional services team to create training materials (user manuals and videos) of our UK based customer projects

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in using and/or designing business applications (CRM or ERP applications preferred)
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Strong verbal and written English skills
