Job Description

  • Set up a social media strategy
  • Create content and attractive posts
  • Must enjoy interacting with people on Social Media creatively & have a decent personal social media following
  • Manage social media community & facilitate ideas to build it incrementally
  • Interact with internal team members to curate and publish content on social media and other web properties
  • Handle customer responses creatively on social media platforms & facilitate/implement ideas that increase customer engagement & responses
  • Curate: Contests, blogs and other theme based tactical campaigns
  • Coming up with lucrative ideas that can go viral on Social Media handles
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
  • Perform outreach activities, including developing and maintaining relationships with key bloggers and other influencers
  • Basic knowledge of designing will be an added advantage
