  • Minimum 2 year’s experience in social media marketing or in a similar role 
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented  with good multitasking and organisational ability
  • Good English and Nepali Skills
  • Polite and Enthusiastic 
  • Confident to reach monthly targets (absolutely required)

Job Description

1. Terms of Reference for Marketing Representative:

  • Preparing, planning and execution of Social Media Campaigns
  • Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate company’s message to their existing customers
  • Designing and writing contents for social media posts
  • Describing the target audience
  • Daily posting of advertisements material in social media 

2. Social Media Knowledge:

  • Facebook, 
  • Instagram
  • LinkedIn 
  • Online shops like Daraj, Sasto Deal
  • Any other relevant avenues

3. Identifying potential new business opportunities and converting into actual business:

  • Identify and approach potential clients 
  • Understand client requirements
  • Demonstrate the products’ features
  • Increase business opportunities 

4. Contributing to the marketing plan and annual online sales:

  • Making daily/weekly/monthly warm calls to regular online clients 
  • Identifying potential online clients
  • Reaching out to existing online clients for business purposes and to maintain a long-term relation
  • Come out with innovative ideas to increase shop footfall

5. Weekly reporting of online sales: 

  • Keep track online sale inventory

6. Developing and implementing an internal marketing program

7. Taking online orders and deliveries

8. Work with Monthly targets (absolutely essential)
