In YARA we look towards providing apparel for every style segment from Basics to Vintage. We believe that what we wear has a profound effect on how we feel about ourselves. To make our customers feel confident and comfortable with their own bodies and personality we provide enormous options and varieties for every style segment. 

YARA as a company aims to be the ultimate fashion destination for everyone in Nepal. Our collection consists of products of these 7 major brands- YESSTYLE, ALIEXPRESS, ASOS, BOOHOO, FASHION NOVA, SHEIN, and ASOS which provide the customer with the ultimate choice of design and options and we assure 100% brand authenticity on our products. 

Along with the online and retail stores, we also have Bakery and Skin Care Products.

Social Media Manager Skills- 

  • Social Media: The ability to use social media to maintain or build a brand is necessary to be a Social Media Manager. Are expected to regularly post text, video and images that engage the company’s target market. 
  • Communication: Great verbal and written communication skills are essential for this occupation. A Social Media Manager must interact with writers, designers, developers and customers and report to senior management personnel. As good communicators, they must identify social media events such as an interesting hashtag or a sensitive topic and share appropriate content that aligns with the company’s social media strategy. 
  • Creativity: Crafting engaging content is an important skill for a Social Media Manager. They must constantly align content with customer trends and market changes to interest and engage people. 
  • Technology: Computer skills, skills in using social media platforms and skills in using tools that analyze social media platforms are requirements for this position. A Social Media Manager must use digital technologies to meet the goals of social media campaigns. 
  • Research: Skills in learning social media trends, identifying new social media tools and finding real-time online conversations are necessary for this position. Social Media Managers must have an understanding of the trends and techniques of social media as well as the company’s online presence to effectively handle social media marketing. 
  • Time management: The skill of organizing tasks to meet deadlines is essential for this job. Social Media Managers work according to schedules and must meet marketing and business goals. Establish and monitor performance benchmarks and media cost with agencies. 

Job Description

Main Purpose of Social Media Manager is To Manage the Content Put out on the social media. Social Media Manager Work Responsibilities- 

  • Detailed understanding of media measurement as well as evaluation standards, following which social media manager need to make a weekly report on all the Marketing Strategies 
  • Be involved in all the content creation and Execution 
  • Responsibilities to make social media fun and interactive 
  • Interacting with customers with the company’s social media accounts. 
  • Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements 
  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities 
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes, and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs 
  • Ensure program outcomes receive the best possible business benefit levels. 
  • Deliberate planning, strategy, and goal setting 
  • Development of brand identity, awareness, and online reputation 
  • Content management (including website) 
  • SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic 
  • Cultivation of leads and sales 
  • Reputation management- Social outreach and information on pandemic as it relates to your business/industry

  • Salary- Rs-25,000 - Rs-12,000 (Varies based on knowledge and qualification)
  • Time- 11am-7pm
