We are looking for  Social Media Expert who has proven expertise, and creative, managerial and technical skills in developing/designing social media strategies and implementing/managing social media platforms for social and developmental organizations and private companies to meet specific communication goals.  

In particular, s/he should possess the following:

• Proven working experience and expertise in social media content development/packaging that is tailored to achieve specific communication goals and objectives
• Technical skills to enhance the reach and impact of social media platforms, including enhancing audience engagement and reach, and creating a lasting brand image and visibility
• Excellent writing, editing, (photo/video/text), translating and communication skills 
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections with the audience and help increase the visibility of the organizations concerned
• Skills in undertaking competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Understanding of development context, actors and issues of Nepal would be an added advantage
