Reports to: Project Coordinator with a matrix to Field Specialist, YD

Position Description:

SKYE coach/Coordinator will assist youth within the Lamjung District area to develop the skills, behaviors and attitudes necessary to obtain sustainable livelihoods and participate constructively in their communities.  

Key duties will include:

• Mobilizing youth groups
  
• Recruiting, mentoring and managing volunteer SKYE Club Leaders
  
• Providing ongoing coaching and support to SKYE Clubs
  
• Creating networks and partnerships with appropriate stakeholders in the Lamjung program area

• Formation of SKYE Clubs
