Reporting to: To be answerable to the project Head.

Major Functions / Responsibilities:

• To verify the design, BOQ and schedules and plan accordingly with co-oration with Project Engineer and Manager
  
• To schedule and coordinate all construction processes, and disseminate the schedule to sub-contractors
  
• To monitor all above works progress has been smoothly carried on as per approved design
  
• To determine the best way to get materials to the building site and the most cost-effective plan and schedule for completing the project
  
• To monitor the daily activities of subcontractors in respect to work in progress as per schedule, material mix as per standard and material quality
  
• To guide supervisor and subcontractor for minimizing wastage of materials and breakage and rework activity
  
• To manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect
  
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
  
• To plan the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
  

Sub Functions / Responsibilities:

• To check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
  
• To oversee quality control, health and safety of the staffs, resolve the unexpected problems arise
  
• To maintain confidentiality of the work carried out
  
• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
  
• To verify the daily works and also sometimes assist in hiring process
  

Note: Candidate must have 2 wheeler with valid driving license
