Education Level	:	Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required	:	More than or equal to 3 years

Should have good knowledge of Accounting software (FACT ERP preferable)
Should have general knowledge of VAT and TAX system as per policies of Govt. of Nepal
Should have profound knowledge of MS-Office package
Knowledge of construction Industry is an added advantage
Ability to work under pressurized conditions

Liaison with Head office for accounting issues and transactions
Preparation of chart of accounts, checking, verification & approval of accounting transaction
Maintain books of account for Site Office
Handle and manage petty cash of Site Office
Proper and timely recording of purchase/ sales invoices for VAT returns
Maintain and Record month-wise bills of vendors and subcontractors
Report Site Staff Attendance to the Head Office (HR Department)
Prepare and update BRS
Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role e.g. account receivable, account payable, general ledger, forecasting, budgeting
Preparation of trial balance, Profit and loss account and balance sheet cost center wise in co-ordination with the Auditors
Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operation and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost reduction
Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolution
Record every financial transaction in accordance with company policies and regulations
Ensure timely closing of accounts and assist the auditors during Audit and F/Y Closing
Other duties as assigned by the reporting Line
