  • Candidate should have civil diploma with good knowledge of civil works and must be able to study drawings and detailing
  • Candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in hotel industry or in relative field
  • Candidate should have knowledge of construction, plumbing, electrical wiring
  • Candidate should have good command on labors, knowledge of BOQ (Bill of Quantity), Excel, Auto cad and Internet
  • Candidate should have its own conveyance

Job Description

  • Inspect and monitor the functions of organization's facilities
  • Report and follow up any request and complaints from Customer to management office
  • Follow up on pending issues carried forward from previous shift
  • Checking and maintaining the Log books and checklists of all facilities
  • Prepare and send Daily/weekly/Monthly report
