Establish and continuously review with Chief Asset Maintenance Officer the workshop’s work flows and job responsibilities in the workshop to ensure work is organized and is carried out in the most efficient and effective manner
Allocate jobs to appropriate service personnel and monitor all maintenance work performed, to make sure of its quality and workmanship
Keep records of all vehicle, equipment and machineries, and track all corrective and preventive maintenance work carried out including consumed spare parts
Report to the Chief Asset Maintenance Officer of major breakdowns in the any equipment which needs specialist attention
Assist Chief Asset Management Officer on yearly performance appraisal and provide unbiased performance review of subordinates
Liaison with vendor for the repair job completion
Supervise the Maintenance Technicians and Workers to make sure of performing their respective responsibilities
Perform other works as assigned
