- Accurate estimation of annual salary and its tax implications
- Best practices for accurate tax estimation and calculation
- Strategic salary tax planning for employees
Day 2
- Practical guidance on monthly TDS deduction and return filing procedures
- Comprehensive overview of key taxation concepts:
1. Tax treatment for individuals (single vs. couple)
2. Social Security Fund (SSF)
3. Contribution-based Income Tax, especially relevant for HR and accounting professionals
- Understanding tax slabs and applicable rates
- Individual income tax return filing: different scenarios and timing requirements

Mr Prabin Raj Kafle

Resource Person
Mr Prabin Raj Kafle is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN), as well as the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He achieved an “All India Merit Rank” in the Professional Examination Course conducted by ICAI and is also a Certified Instructor from the Training Institute for Technical Instruction (TITI).
With over 14 years of post-qualification experience in Accounts, Finance, and Taxation, Mr Kafle has undertaken a wide range of assignments in management consulting, internal audit, statutory audit, bookkeeping, payroll maintenance, and more, both nationally and internationally. He currently serves as the proprietor of P.R.K Associates, Chartered Accountants, based in Kathmandu.
Beyond his role at P.R.K Associates, Mr. Kafle contributes as a resource person for several prestigious organizations, including the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN), the Accounting Standards Board Nepal (ASBN), and the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT). He is also the author of "Taxation Nepal," a widely used learning resource for aspiring Chartered Accountants.
