Mr. Bishal Dahal

Mr. Bishal Dahal is a HR Professional having very deep interest and passion in HR. He is a cheer leader for HR Professionals and envisions to establish HR as an organized and dignified profession in Nepal.
He started his entry level career working in Human Resources Department of “A” class Commercial Bank of Nepal for five years. To expand the horizon of learning, he added his services in development sector and worked as Job Placement Coordinator for three years in DRPI AWARE Project of York University, Canada and later served as Job Placement Specialist. The project was awarded with 2017 Zero Project- Innovative Practise on Employment Award. His efforts for creating inclusive workplaces in Nepal and increasing employment opportunities for women and men with disabilities has been widely recognized. He served as Governance Coordinator in SUSASAN Project and has supported many Nepalese organizations as Governance Advisor in knowledge management. Currently, he is engaged as HR Consultant and specializes in conducting HR Audit. Mr. Dahal has contributed in many publications related with employment and governance.
Mr. Dahal is an exchange Alumni of US Department of State and exchange participant of Deliberative Democracy Institute, USA. Mr. Dahal is an awardee of Alumni Engagement Innovation Fund funded by US Department of State. He has led many development projects related with education and employment.
Being friendly, he believes in learning and sharing as HR is evolving and needs multiple skills to get updated with the current HR Trends and Practices. Mr. Dahal believes that HR is the soul of the organization and is strategic partner. He has contributed to transfer his knowledge as facilitator, moderator and resource person in various events sharing his insights and expertise related to the field of Human Resources. Bishal’s deep perspective, yet astounding simplicity leaves an everlasting impact on the participants as well as the ones who get to know him.
