Mr. Mahesh Gyawali is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). With over 10 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, finance, and taxation, Mr. Gyawali has successfully led audit teams and completed various audit and other assignments for government entities, banks, insurance companies, NGOs, INGOs, and small to medium-sized private companies. He currently serves as the Proprietor of Gyawali M. and Associates, Chartered Accountants, based in Kathmandu. In addition to his role at Gyawali M. and Associates, Mr. Gyawali serves as a resource person for several esteemed organizations, including ICAN, the Auditors' Association of Nepal (AUDAN), and others.
