• Should possess Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering from reputed university with more than 12 years of experience in Heavy Equipment Industry 
• Experience of leading and managing service and spares people in a leadership role at the larger spectrum 
• Ability to analyze complex operational / statistical information and produce accurate / intelligent forecasts and plans 
• Comprehensive and up to date technical awareness of automobiles standards, mechanical sector and budget setting and monitoring
