Job Description

  • Responsible for Enterprise Business service market analysis
  • Capturing marketing opportunities and arrive at delivery solution, including Project management/ Managed Services/ Warranty AMC/ Installation and Commissioning models and their sizing to arrive at costs and price.
  • Tracking all open opportunities and drive them to closure.
  • Service sales planning, and working on meeting service sales target (order, must-win, profit).
  • Responsible for providing Enterprise service solution and Service Prices quotation to customer. Responsible for the competitiveness, deliverability and profit of service solution and quotation with the support of each BU.
  • Responsible for customer service satisfaction, improving customer perception by establishing customer communication channel, pushing resolving delivery issues and managing customer expectation.
  • Responsible for Bidding/ Presales Management.
  • Responsible for managing key customer’s service requirement, analyzing the service strategy, model and measurement of key competitors, organizing to establish overall service strategy for key customers, and pushing concerned departments to deploy the strategy.
