Assure regular and quality service to the customer on time as per plan:
- To plan and allocate the service engineers as per the requirements
- To make planned calls to the customers
- To follow up for parts sales
Assure immediate and timely service to the complaint customers:
- To plan daily engineer mobilization as per the complaint registered
- Analysis of complains and visits and find out whether the complain is closed, pending or extended and prepare action plan
- Planning of Engineers visit for scheduled service/AMC/GV
- Coordination with HO for Engineers effective mobilization
- Daily Engineers mobilization before 10.30 AM according to availability of engineers and intensity of problems
To achieve the target for parts sales:
- To Ensure the ordered spare parts has been received in system on time
- Prepare a list of inventory requirement from SVR, check inventory, prepare quotation
- Prepare a list of regular customers and goodwill customers
- Manage the contact with them through calls, visits etc
- Assure the minimum stock level of parts
- Communicate quotation to customer and get confirmation/ PO from customer
- In case of parts unavailability, immediately forward to HO for supply of spare parts as per Lost Order
- Follow up for VOR parts
- Follow up courier /transport for the timely delivery of parts
- Follow up for potential customer /Daily service/ AMC/ BW customer for parts and service sales
Proper Store Management:
- To assure location wise spare parts placement
- To assure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the store Assure segregation of fast, medium and slow moving spares and store accordingly
- Assure all spares are at their respective places in the evening before day close
- In case of shortfall of spares as per invoice, immediately raise discrepancy note and assure submission of it to inventory manager
- Regular follow up to for timely dispatch of ordered parts
Realization of parts Debtors:
- Assure that all of the debtors are collected within
- Ensure no credit sales
- If credit required, obtain approval from service head or business head in all the cases
Administrative Coordination:
- Ensure that all of the daily attendance of department staff
- Check & forward TADA and tour expenses
- Submit Communication and conveyance details
- Coordinate with HO for all administrative works
- Take ownership of fixed assets/office equipments/spare parts/ other office properties
Tools Management:
- Ensure all engineers got appropriate tools for the job and proper recording mechanism
- Ensure all of the required tools available
