  • ME/Graduate with 1/3 years of experience in similar role.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills both in English and Nepali
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Sound knowledge in automotive products,repairs and parts.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.

Job Description

  • Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles.
  • Determine and diagnose vehicle issue based on the customer description and vehicle condition.
  • Translate customer reported problems to actionable work orders for the technicians to complete.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services.
  • Re-walk vehicle with customer after completed work and thoroughly explain what work has to be done.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concern.
  •  Possess extensive knowledge in the areas is essential when looking over complex technical problems ,ordering online and speaking with technicians. Service Advisor should also have sound knowledge in electric repair of vehicle.
  •  Should think on their feet and quickly resolve issues when customers change their mind about service work,repairs are running behind schedule or parts arrive late.
  • Prepare and calculate quotation for the customers.
  • Prepare and analyze daily report and be able to advise accordingly.
