We are looking for an SEO Team Lead to coordinate SEO efforts, including onsite
and offsite optimization and keyword expansion research. You’ll also oversee paid
search campaigns to ensure their success. We are looking for an analytical and
perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with
various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to
this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO)
strategies
- Coordinating content, design, social media, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing
and other activities
- Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on
performance and optimizing website content and structure to improve search
engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Perform keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and
optimize on-page and off-page SEO.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using various tools, including
Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including
budget management, audience targeting, ad creative development, and
ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, design,
and development teams, to develop and execute integrated SEO campaigns.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to increase website
conversions and drive sales.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, best practices, and technologies,
and apply them to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor junior members of our SEO and Content Team, providing
guidance and support on SEO and Content best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in SEO Lead/Specialist or similar
position.
- Deep understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) concepts and
techniques, including keyword research and analysis, on-page and off-page
optimization, and technical SEO.
- Proven track record of managing successful paid advertising campaigns
across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and
LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics,
SEMrush, and others to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work
effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns
simultaneously.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Proven experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices and HTML/CSS
- Experience with SEO reporting
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound Marketing,
SEMrush, Facebook Blueprint, or Hootsuite Social Media Marketing.
