Job Description

  • Maintain attractive content for large and diverse portfolio of Women’s Category
  • Ensure all product page data is structured in line and manage price competitiveness, assortment and stock availability
  • Visit vendors to inspect products, communicate any product or price questions, negotiate contracts to get the desired pricing, analyze multiple vendors to decide which to use for a particular product
  • Coordinate with marketing team on promotions and campaigns
  • Liaise with suppliers about the details of new and existing products, ensure consistency of the categories (pricing, products, banners, brands)
  • Ensure that the correct product images are displayed and arrange new photography where necessary
  • Collaborate with the production team on upload new products on the website
  • Maximize the effectiveness of current product pages and ensure that they are fully optimized
  • Manage and drive customer reviews and assist the wider team with commercial report building in Excel
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues impacting brand performance on Daraz (operations, fulfillment services, marketing, finance etc.)

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Management with minimum one year of experience in trade which could be in retail, distribution or other relevant areas
  • Must possess a valid 2-wheeler license
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with proven ability to represent our company in external meetings
  • Negotiation track-record and demonstrated ability to influence others
  • Must be a good communicator and should possess interpersonal skills to effectively maintain vendor relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them and meet deadlines
  • Team spirit and enthusiasm about learning
