• To maintain a cohesive design and experience throughout our products, providing expertise and mentorship to the team
• Lead a small team of Designers. Coach your team through reviews and feedback. Support their UX/UI growth. Raise the capacity,skills and quality of user-centered designs in your team
• Exercise your expertise in performance, architecture, and object-oriented design to deliver compelling customer experiences
• Critique in-progress design work, evaluating the priority and effectivity of solutions. Ensure timely deliveries of designs and scoping of the features to ensure minimal product timeline slippages
• Develop and lead the Design team to improve the range of research methods used
• Work closely with cross functional teams of Product managers, developers and business teams to ensure efficient design lifecycle
• Lead creative strategy for all web, mobile, digital and application initiatives while executing the aligned brand creative vision
• Responsible for designing and building highly impactful design solutions
• Create designs and wireframes from concept for maximum usability
• Build optimized, industry-standard, cross-browser compatible HTML/CSS
• Create designs/templates for web, mobile and email
• Create new concepts for designed graphics, templates, videos and info-graphics to support all digital marketing including web, email and social
• Own testing and optimization strategy of websites and creative campaigns
• Manage and maintain website and blog updates with new content, landing pages and templates
• Lead multimedia design/UX at the enterprise level
• Collaborate with designers, content and creative teams to drive up standards of digital creativity
• Present strategic ideas and vision to executive level and cross functional teams
• Serve as subject matter expert on industry best practices, technology and trends
• Manage project deliverables from beginning to end, with responsibility for meeting timelines from and commitments to stakeholders
• Continue to learn, explore and evaluate new technologies, and grow professionally

Timings:

• 5PM to 1AM ( 3:30pm - 11:30pm during lockdown)

Salary:

• Based on skill level, experience and certifications
