Job Specification

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 2 years
Other Specification
  • BSc in Software Engineering, Information Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position 
  • In-depth experience in any of the following Microsoft technologies
  • Microsoft Windows Server Active Directory 2008/2008 R2 and above
  • Microsoft Exchange /2010/2013/2016
  • Microsoft Lync 2010/2013
  • Microsoft System Center 2012/2016
  • Basic Network Troubleshooting Skills
  • Basic Windows Client (7, 8, 10) Troubleshooting Skills
  • Must be certified in any of the following:
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer/Administrator (Windows Server Active Directory, Exchange, Lync, System Center)
  • Microsoft Certified IT Professional (Windows Server Active Directory, Exchange, Lync, System Center,)
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (Windows Server Active Directory, Exchange Lync, System Center)
  • Team work and Project management skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal communications skills and presentation skills
  • Should be a quick learner with high researching capability

Job Description

  • Manage the local implementation, management and maintenance of Microsoft solutions
  • Able to model, simulate and test to validate the designs and selected products
  • Develop, monitor client relationships and status of ongoing engagements and projects
  • Critically evaluate and select software and hardware components of the infrastructure
  • Ensure technical compatibility between the client’s requirements and products and services offered by Tech One Global
  • Improve existing methodologies within the scope of one’s function and based on internal experiences and requirements. 
  • Provide technical expertise and advice in pre-sales process to help close sales opportunities with clients
  • Design and develop technical solutions that meet client requirements and can be delivered profitably
  • Develop SOW and estimates and pricing for client proposals
