• Co-ordination of all software programs, new programs, creation of coding, and presentation
• Design and development of computer software, computer games, word processing, and business applications
• Analyzing user needs and testing company software to meet user needs
• Maintenance of general computer applications software and special utility programs
• Using different programs languages to create package systems and create customized applications
• Co-ordinate the construction, maintenance and expansion of company's computer systems
• Development of in-house and customer software solutions
• Research & development
• In-house IT support services, particularly related to software development processes
• Improvement of internal software and business processes
• Attend training & seminars as required
• Mentor & collaborate with colleagues
• Activities mainly in Kathmandu, occasional travel in agreement with you
• Occasional overtime work if required offset by flexi time or time in lieu
• Other duties as required
