We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is comfortable implementing functional software solutions. This role has the potential to transform into a CTO position. In the initial stages, you will work with upper management to build software solutions and lead operational and technical projects.

This role is for an independent individual that can work with little supervision and take the lead when necessary. Your goal is to develop high-quality software solutions that meet user and business needs.  An individual with excellent organizational,  problem-solving skills and hands-on experience in software development and agile methodologies is encouraged to apply.

• Directing software development projects
• Producing, testing and debugging code
• Leading engineers and developers
• Develop high-quality software design and architecture
• Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
• Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
• Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
• Review and debug code
• Perform validation and verification testing
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products
• Document development phases and monitor systems
• Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies
