Senior Sales Officer

Company: BRIJ GLASS INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD.

Location: Kathmandu

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Recommending improvements to current sales strategies, informing potential and existing customers of company promotions, and preparing accurate sales and expense reports.
  • Visiting the designated market to collect sales orders.
  • Meeting the sales target assigned by the manager on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Reporting to the manager on a daily basis regarding party-wise sales and collection 
  • Getting feedback from the customers regarding the quality of the glass to help maintain good quality production.
  • Preparing Sales/Collection reports and submitting them to the sales manager as and when required.
  • Gathering market and client information, meeting with interior designers/contractors, and visiting fabricators.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and after-sales support.
  • Payment collection from customers and making sure it is not delayed.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination across departments to meet client requirements and deadlines.
  • Any other work as and when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
  • Must have at least 4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the glass industry, project sales cycles, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients .
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Motivated, driven attitude.
  • Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude..
