  • Successful previous experience as sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • At least 4 years of experience, preferably in relevant industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise

Job Description

  • Prepare and submit Target Achievement Plan and Weekly & monthly sales plan
  • Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning
  • Organize and monitor sales team and distributors performance
  • Implement scheme as per the guidelines
  • Availability of products at the right place
  • Good knowledge of Nepal's Geography, for route-planning.
  • Inform about competitor & industries analysis
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales of distributors & scheme effectiveness report
  • Cooperate with dealers, wholesalers and representatives of area allotted for the achievement of sales target.
  • Measure distributors and staff performance according to set parameters
  • Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies.
  • Must have experience in hardware business so can deal with vendors.
  • Strong with Computer - Email, MS Office
  • Strong with Mobile Apps - Whatsapp, Viber, Gmail
  • Must have a vehicle (Bike/Car)
